Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued if an order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If this happens, please contact us at info@hellaseki.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so our team can review it and make things right.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or arrange for a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.

What is your return policy?

Because items on Hella Seki are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@hellaseki.com and we will review the issue and help resolve it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

All items on Hella Seki are made to order once a purchase is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows artists and creators to offer merch without holding inventory.

To help ensure the best fit, we recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

What if my item is misprinted or mislabeled?

While rare, mistakes can happen. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or mislabeled, please contact us at info@hellaseki.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Because items are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production, which typically begins within 1–3 business days.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hellaseki.com. While we cannot guarantee changes once production begins, we will always do our best to help.
